Among them Streamtheworld.com sold to a California group, Mobilito sold to the biggest ad agency in Canada, Radioactif an ISP that merge with an established Cable company. He was a mentor to young start-ups like 'Têtes à Claques' where he established the revenue model of the viral video series prior to orchestrate their commercial launch and subsequent major sponsorship deal with Canada's largest telco, Bell Canada. He founded in 2008 Neotech a business incubator with a model similar to Y-Combinator or TechStars and he is a board member of non for profit organization like the Society for Arts and Technology. Daniel is a graduate of Montreal's HEC University Business Management Program. |

Mike Cegelski, BCMSMike has over 25 years of experience in the Telecommunications and Information Technology industries. Self-described as a serial entrepreneur, Mike founded and was CEO of Beltron Technologies from 1984 to 2000, a telecom test engineering consulting firm with over 130 employees, which he led to a successful exit in 2000. Shortly after, Mike served as Vice-President of Strategic Development at Mindready Solutions. His extensive experience brought him to accept the responsibilities of President and CEO of Radical Horizon from 2002 to 2003. Mike also served as the President and CEO of iBwave for two years and he is now Executive Chairman of the company. He plays a pivoting role in the company's strategic and executive orientations. Mike is currently Chairman of Anges Quebec, Quebec's angel investment association, for which he actively participates in the group's strategic orientation. Mike is himself an active angel investor and mentor for technology entrepreneurs and is actively assisting a few organizations in their strategic orientation. Mike also sits on the board of directors of a few private and non-profit organizations. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Sherbrooke University in Canada. |

Michael Pesner, CAMichael has extensive experience in financial advisory services and investment banking, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, investigative accounting, divestitures and debt and equity financing. He was a senior partner in financial advisory services at KPMG LLP, Chartered Accountants, in Montreal. Michael also serves on the Board of Directors of the public companies Richmont Mines Inc., Quest Rare Minerals Inc., Bitumen Capital Inc., Mint Technology Corporation, and Sand Technology Inc, and the privately-held companies Speedware Inc. and Above Security Inc. He has been President of Hermitage Canada Finance Inc. since 2002, a firm specializing in financial advisory services. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Administration from McGill University as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sir George Williams University. He is also a Chartered Accountant, a licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy and a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Professional. |

Patrick Lee, MBAPatrick focuses his investment efforts on building the portfolio in the technology area, and in particular, he spends his time making investments in the consumer, internet and software sectors. Earlier in his career he worked in the Restructuring Group at Merrill Lynch in both New York and London. After that, Patrick oversaw the software M&A Group for Hambrecht & Quist as a Vice President. He helped start Access Technology Partners, a venture fund closely affiliated with Hambrecht & Quist. Patrick also worked at JPMorgan Partners where he started and led the software investment practice. He joined Pinnacle Ventures in January 2004 and he currently is a board member on several privately held companies and nonprofit organizations. Patrick received an undergraduate degree with Honors from Queen's University, Canada and an MBA from Harvard Business School. |
